The City Council conducts regular business meetings the second and fourth Mondays of the month; study sessions are held the first and third Mondays. There is a public comment opportunity at each regularly scheduled Council meeting for the public to address the Council on any subject related to the business of the City which is not of a quasi-judicial nature or scheduled for a public hearing.
The public is welcome at all City Council meetings. Council meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Tahoma School District Central Services Center, 25720 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road SE.
Agendas for the upcoming meeting are posted to the website by the Friday evening before the Monday Council meeting. Starting with meetings in 2010, agenda packets are posted to the website as soon as feasible. Please note, agenda packets may take some time to download depending on the file size.
An Annotated Agenda that shows formal action taken by the Council at each business meeting and brief discussion highlights of each study session will be posted to the website as soon as feasible following each Council meeting. Beginning January 4, 2010, once the formal Minutes of each meeting have been approved by the Council, the approved Minutes will be posted and the Annotated Agenda removed.
