Welcome to the Maple Valley Parks & Recreation Department! The department was established in 2003, and is committed to creating community for the citizens of Maple Valley through people, parks, and programs.
The City of Maple Valley complies with ESSB 5967, effective July 26, 2009, that prohibits discrimination against any person in a community athletics program on the basis of sex in the operation, conduct, or administration of community athletics programs for youth or adults. Third parties who contract with or receive facility leases or permits from the City of Maple Valley for a community athletic program are also prohibited from such discrimination.
